Ms. Oxlaj came to Villa Haven and Rehabilitation after a recent hospitalization left her weak and needing help of others to complete everyday tasks.

Upon her admission, she required an extensive amount of assistance with transfers and was unable to stand more than 5 minutes.

Therapist developed a specialized plan of care to improve her functional independence and to address her personal goals.

After a short period of time, Ms. Oxlaj was able to return home safely. Her gained independence allowed for her to resume living happily home alone.
