Mr. Munnerlyn came to Villa Haven following a hospitalization after a fall. At admission, he required assistance from caregivers with activities of daily living and mobility. 

The amazing therapy team at Villa Haven developed custom goals for Mr. Munnerlyn to became more mobile and improve his functional independence daily.  

Today, he can safely transfer with some help from caregivers and can perform activities of daily living independently.

The therapy team and staff are excited to have Mr. Munnerlyn as a part of the Villa Haven family!
